These terms cover holler’s text messaging program and the websites we build. holler is a small business based in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The messaging program

Program name: holler

What it is: a conversational text thread between you and holler about building your business a website. You text us first. We reply.

Who gets messages: only people who have texted (504) 276-7624 first. We do not message anyone who has not contacted us. We do not buy, rent, upload, or scrape phone number lists, and we send no marketing, promotional, or bulk messages of any kind.

How you opt in: by sending us a text. That is the only way onto this list. There is no web form and no checkbox, because there is no list to join. There is only a conversation you started.

What we send: replies inside your conversation. Answers to your questions, confirmation of details we need, a link when your website is ready, and replies to change requests afterward.

Message frequency: varies, and depends entirely on the conversation you are having with us. There is no recurring or scheduled send.

Cost: holler does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major US carriers.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us. You will get one confirmation message, and then nothing further. STOP is processed automatically and immediately.

To start again after opting out, just text us.

The websites we build

What you get: a custom website built for your business, a one-time build fee of $350, and $10 per month for hosting and management afterward. Prices are stated plainly and do not change without telling you first.

Your domain is yours. You buy it and it stays in your name. We operate the DNS and hosting for you while you are a customer. If you leave, you point it wherever you like and take it with you. We will not hold it.

Your content is yours. Photos, text, logos, and anything else you send us remain yours. You are telling us you have the right to use what you send, and you give us permission to put it on your website. We do not claim ownership of it.

Our work: the website we build for you is yours to keep for as long as you are a customer. holler retains the right to show the finished site in our own portfolio and social posts unless you ask us not to.

The badge: client sites carry a small “built by holler” link in the footer.

Cancelling: month to month, cancel whenever. No contract, no cancellation fee. Hosting stops at the end of the period you have paid for.

What we do not promise: we do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, or sales. We build you a fast, real website. What the internet does with it is not something anyone can promise.

Availability: we aim to keep your site up continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for losses arising from downtime, errors, or interruptions.

Liability: to the extent the law allows, holler’s total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law: Louisiana.

Changes: if we change these terms we will post the update here with a new effective date, and tell you if the change is material.
